A TRANSITIONAL RENOVATION PROJECT CONVERTING A FORMER INSURANCE OFFICE INTO A THEMED LOCAL LOUNGE

The space was originally an insurance company that we converted to a local lounge. It included adding a commercial bar space, complete plumbing, and electrical modifications, and converting storage space to a game room and banquet hall.
